Just a half-hour trip to U of T’s Scarborough Campus or Centennial College Progress Campus and live in beautiful Guildwood Village that sits on top of the Scarborough Bluffs. Enjoy spectacular views of Lake Ontario while visiting nearby historic Guild Park and Gardens. Within easy walking distance to Guildwood Plaza that includes a grocery store, pharmacy, public library, a doctor's office and Tim Horton’s.

I have hosted several international students and have found it to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience, which I am interested in continuing. I like showing students some of the local attractions, and in helping them to advance their understanding of Canada and Toronto.

Accommodation includes;
-Bedroom with queen-size bed, nightstand, bureau with mirror and closet
-**Exclusive use of additional small home office with desk for studying**
-Private bathroom
-All house amenities; wifi, laundry, large back garden, 2 television rooms (one with large screen), use of kitchen. There are three well-behaved resident felines named George, Bella and Merlin and wildlife visitors including raccoons, rabbits, the occasional deer and many birds. Non-smoker preferred, but smoking is allowed outside only (including in winter). Room rate is $900 per month and includes breakfast and lunch (prepared by you), and dinner (prepared by me),
