Hello, my name is Cindy and I am currently a super host with Airbnb and have been for 2 years, as much as I would love to continue with them I have decided I would rather host a student for a longer length of time. My place is currently in the Dunbar area of Vancouver. I live only 5mins by car from UBC and 15mins by bus. My home is a two-story build and the room you will be staying in is on the ground floor of the house. You will have a private entrance, the room includes a queen-size bed, television with cable and Netflix, a couch, wifi, fresh Canadian Springs water cooler, coffee, tea, toast and juice in the morning, access to the washer and dryer, a separate washroom which won't be shared. A few rules that are required by every to follow are: no one but yourself sleeping overnight, no parties, no smoking or drinking in the house, absolutely no drugs, also my home is a scent-free space so please no hairsprays, scented lotions, perfumes are to be applied within my home. You'll have access to a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster but not a kitchen. My home is very quiet and I'm looking for a quiet tenant.
