My house is located in central of Kerrisdale nice and quiet neighborhood,within 3 blocks to supper market,4blocks transit to train station,Burnaby,Richmond,downtown and UBC. A few blocks to 41st Ave. there are many restaurants,coffee shops and bakeries.Community centre nearby, you can go swimming,do gym and do all kind of exercise. If you are my guest,you will enjoy everything here.we have female guest,we prefer female only.
