We would like to share our Brand-New house to an International Student
We have 3 Storey house very clean, tidy and safe.
1 minute walk to Train Station and bus stop
very easy access to transport going anywhere to the city or to any universities and schools
The home is furnished with double bed size bed and wardrobe big full-length mirror everything in the house is new.
Modern ensuite and porcelain tiles with big mirror the new porcelain toilet bowls is soft close. There are floorboards throughout dining and kitchen. We do expect our guests to respect our neat & tidy home during their stay. Mooroolbark is a quiet residential area that is close to various amenities: public transport (train & bus), Eastland and Chirnside Shopping Centre, cafes, restaurants, gyms & parks and hospitals.
Buses and trains access any of these to Swinburne University and Deaken's University Burwood Campus, Monash Clayton ,RMIT Melbourne Polytechnic and various high schools. Universities & schools located in the city are accessible by or train (approx. 40 mins).
We are seeking a student or worker for a minimum of 6 months stay or Long term stays are welcome. Breakfast is self-serve.
Free laundry detergent for use for the washing machine and an iron and ironing board Also you are welcome to use the kitchen un till 8 pm. Welcome in the lounge room, with big TV screen.
Quite and tidy and careful to use all the facilities in the house.
Cleanliness and tidiness is important especially using the kitchen and cook, oven and lid toilet always close
We are working professional, so our house is not used for a heavy oily cooking. We cook light food during working days. This is the first time we would like to share to an International Student or professional person so it will be a learning experience.

Bills and food will discuss during interview or during inspection of the house
· Smoking is not allowed
· Minimum length of stay: 3 months but can extendable amicably
· 4 weeks of notice required to move out when Contract is expired.

* 4 weeks rent advance pay
* No party and visitors to be discuss
