We are seeking a homestay female student for a cozy bedroom in our home in the vibrant neighborhood of Riley Park in Vancouver. You will be sharing a ground level suite with a 22 year old UBC student. This spacious home offers access to a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen, along with convenient amenities like cable TV, heating, electricity, high-speed internet and weekly access to our washer/dryer. With nearby access to parks, shops, cafes, and public transportation, you'll love the eclectic mix of culture and convenience that this neighborhood has to offer. Close to public transit. A block away to Fraser St, a block away to King Edward and a few blocks to Main Street. 1 short bus ride (less than 10 minutes) to King Edward Canada Line Station. One bus ride to nearest skytrain station. We have several years of experience hosting homestay students from various countries. No meals provided. We look forward to hosting you!
