Welcome to our beautiful home in the White Rock/South Surrey area. We are a friendly family located close to Elgin Park Secondary, Semiahmoo Secondary, both of which are excellent schools with IB programs. Our home is located in a cul-de-sac on a large yard with outdoor barbecue, private decks to read and enjoy the weather, and close to all amenities including shopping, and a short walk to the bus stop that connects you to Richmond, Surrey Central Skytrain and Guildford and a 10 minute walk to library/park/theatre/restuarants/gym and pool.
If you are going to Earl Marriot Secondary which has a large local student population, it is a short bus ride (10 minutes). Two guest bedrooms are available downstairs and one is available upstairson the main level. All bedrooms are furnished with closet or wardrobe, desk, and queen sized bed. We offer nutritious meal choices with fruits, nuts, and after school snacks. WIFI, cable, and netflix is included as well as long distance calls to China. Each bedroom has a private phone and TV is available in the rooms if desired.
