I have been hosting since 2018. I have visited countries like Greece and South America and Egypt. I enjoy socializing and cooking. The rules of the house include no smoking inside, help yourself to food and drink. Make sure you put dishes in dishwasher and wipe up your dinner area, your room will be cleaned and mopped weekly, laundry is to be done after 7pm. Shower at your leisure and be sure to wipe the sink in washroom when you have used it. No smoking indoors, watch tv w room mates if you wish and no overnight guests.
