The wife is retired, able to devote generous amounts of time to younger students and can provide occasional transportation to nearby places, pick-up/drop-off at the airport for a small fee. The family is Asian, speaks English, Chinese, French and Vietnamese.

Requirements:
- Serious academic student: proof of formal admission to school or college/university
- No alcohol, Non-smoker only
- Before move-in first and last month deposit
