RM2 - a Queen size bed, the night table/lamp, a desk/chair and closet for $750 per month includes utilities and supplies.
Available: EXTENSION OF STAY or WILL BE DISCUSS FOR AVAILABILITY.

The meals are not included in the rent and will charge an extra $400 per month for 3 meals,
or choice of:
Breakfast $90/month
Lunch $110/month
Dinner $250/month

Airport pick-up $100, drop off $70 (pick-up price is higher because of the parking, flight delays, waiting time is longer)

Host: A family of four with a dog live upper level of the house. Two adult children, the older child moved out. The wife is retired, able to devote generous amounts of time to younger students and can provide occasional transportation to nearby places, pick-up/drop-off at the airport for a small fee. The family is Asian, speaks English, Chinese, French and Vietnamese.

Requirements:
- Serious academic student: proof of formal admission to school or college/university
- No alcohol, Non-smoker only
- Before move-in first and last month deposit
